The blueprint for your future
Your studies consist of compulsory and elective modules. The compulsory modules consist of two to three systematically coordinated individual events. In the elective area, you can choose two subjects from a wide range and deepen your individual interests.
Our master’s degree in architecture begins with a conceptual part, after which you can decide on a focus: We offer you the two main areas of project management, construction and European building culture. With project management construction, you acquire implementation-related skills. With a focus on European building culture, you study more analytically and in terms of design. The completion of our master's degree in architecture is equivalent to that of universities and gives you the opportunity to do a doctorate or gain access to the higher technical administration service. Above all, you hereby set the course for future entry in the Chamber of Architects.

The famous Italian architect Renzo Piano wrote:
"The profession of an architect is an adventurous activity: a border job in the balance between art and science, on the line between invention and memory, between the courage to be modern and genuine respect for tradition."
The architect can be used in many different areas of activity. He is not only a planner, but also a consultant and organizer. On behalf of the client, he is responsible for the design and construction planning. He designs the building according to his individual ideas and wishes. As a consultant, he supports both legal matters and cost control. During construction, he acts as a manager - he organizes and supervises the entire construction process.
Other possible uses are in the construction industry (civil engineering), real estate and in the public service (building management).
