Smart buildings are connected systems that are energy efficient and safe. They generate their own power and adapt to the needs of the people who work/live in them
Our new study programme combines digital building infrastructure with technology management and management knowledge. The curriculum includes modules on Building Information Modeling, Automation and Decentralised Energy Supply as well as Data, Project and Change Management.
Apart from getting technological expertise, our students also get to develop their soft skills and personality. This skill-based approach and numerous projects help our Master’s students in fostering the competences that future employers are looking for.
Content, Objective and Course Structure
Our new programme helps our students in becoming experts in Technology Management and Digital Building Infrastructure.
Students learn how buildings are managed and how different systems can be connected using the latest technologies. The get to know current topics such as Energy Efficiency, Digital Twin or Automation and know how sustainable and smart solutions can have a lasting impact on building infrastructure.
In addition to the regular coursework, students get the opportunity to receive extra certificates and are able to strengthen their communication, presentation and intercultural skills.
