About Innovation & Leadership in FHM University of Applied Sciences

Internationalization and globalization cause the pressure to innovate that affects not only the global players, but also increasingly on SMEs. Thus future generations of managers are faced with the challenge of keeping their companies competitive with market-creating innovations and efficiency-enhancing strategies. Course contents
Traditional German production companies are in a highly competitive market. However, through innovation, the company managers can gain a competitive advantage and operate successfully in the international market. This requires personalities with assertiveness, vision and entrepreneurial spirit who act with business know-how and innovative flair in the international environment. For these requirements, the MBA Innovation & Leadership was developed: it combines the content areas "General Management", "Leadership" and "Innovation Management" and interlocks the major challenges of globalization, innovation pressure and leadership content with each other. So prospective students are addressed from all sectors and regions, the wishing to pursue a high level. The MBA degree Innovation & Leadership of the professional school of the middle class (FHM) Is characterized by its high practical relevance and is enriched in teaching through experience of the lecturers and professors from academia and industry. At the same meeting room provides a perfect platform for knowledge and experience of the students and it will be given the opportunity to expand its own network to valuable contacts. The part of the MBA PRT is designed for 24 months, with courses take place only during the first 13 months at the weekend in the university.
