Graduate Profile

"I graduated from LIT in 2017, with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Creative Multimedia. I was honoured to also receive the President's Award for LIT Student of the Year 2017.

From the first day that I arrived on the LIT Clonmel campus, I was welcomed with open arms. The enthusiasm and supportive nature of the staff and students was apparent from the beginning, and was present throughout my four years in the college.

During my time on the Creative Multimedia degree course, I had the opportunity to study a wide range of subjects. From programming and web development, to photography, graphic design and user experience. This broad skillset has been invaluable to me as I re-entered the workforce, and I am confident that it will stand to me throughout my career.

I now work as a Software Engineer with CarTrawler in Dublin. I originally started as an intern during my third year work placement - an opportunity which evolved into a full-time position upon completion of my degree. I could not be happier with where my time in LIT has led me, as I now get to spend my days doing what I love - problem solving, developing and innovating.

I will be forever grateful for the support and encouragement I received during my time in LIT Clonmel."
