Developed and administered in association with Ontario's community colleges, leading business and industry professionals, this new college certificate will enhance leadership skills and develop new skills to help meet career and organizational objectives. The program builds on existing skills and experience and applies those skills to workplace situations. Content includes communications, ethics, performance management, change management, team building, planning and project management.
For your convenience, some courses are offered both in-class and online. Some online courses can be started at different times throughout the semester, just choose the course date that fits your schedule. The demand for part-time courses has increased to the point that we recommend you register early to ensure your acceptance into the course. Online courses are easily identified by CS at the beginning of the course code (i.e. CSSE 65 Accounting Basics 1) Textbooks and additional materials may be required for these courses. YOU are responsible for purchasing your textbooks and additional materials for all courses. Please make a note of your course code (CS##) and see the bottom of this page for book order procedure.

Academic qualification equivalents
- Class 12 passed students from a recognized board including CBSE, CISCE or a state board
- All India Senior School Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard 12 or Indian School Certificate (Year 12) as recognized qualifications
- Minimum 65% prerequisite average for six Grade 12U or 12M level courses including Grade 12 English at the U level
- Grade 11 Math at the C, U or M level - (Grade 12 MDM4U preferred)
English language requirements (one of the below):
- ELTS test results required with a minimum score of 6.0 overall, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each section, for entry to diploma and certificate programs; minimum score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each section, for entry to degree, graduate certificate and fast-track programs.
- PTE: Pearson Test of English Language scores of 55 or higher for entrance to diploma and certificate programs; minimum score of 60 for entry to degree, graduate certificate and fast-track programs.
