In our operations management course, you'll combine hands-on industrial training with your academic studies, preparing you for management and leadership positions in the manufacturing industry. Refining your people skills is a major focus of the program. You'll also learn how to interpret product design drawings, develop and implement a production process, and apply manufacturing and quality control standards as a certified quality engineer. And, in addition to technical skills, you'll learn business skills such as accounting, production cost estimating, statistical analysis, operations and resource management and customer service in your pursuit of your operations management certification.
