About Early Childhood Education - Infant/toddler in College of the Rockies

The Infant/Toddler Diploma is awarded upon successful completion of an Early Childhood Education certificate or equivalent, and the required courses in the Infant/Toddler specialty program. The Infant/Toddler diploma is available online on a part-time basis, providing the opportunity for you to work while going to school. If you are currently registered with the BC Community Care Facilities Licensing Branch, you will be eligible for a certificate as an Infant/Toddler Educator (ITE) once you have completed the diploma.

Academic qualification equivalents

• Completion of All India or State Board HSC (XII): 50% or higher in relevant subjects.

English language requirements (one of the below):

• IELTS:  Overall 6.0 with no band below 6.0.
• TOEFL: iBT 80
• PTE: 50 (minimum 49 in each component)
