What you will study
The Master of Education is designed to propel students towards success in the teaching industry. You will study a range of progressive subjects geared around the theoretical and practical application of teaching, learning and leadership.
Specialisations
The program consists of a core course and fourteen (14) specialisations split into Professional Learning and Teacher Retraining. The core course is intended to enhance student capacity to understand and interpret educational research methodologies and findings, critically interrogate research questions, conceptual frameworks, analytical techniques, and conclusions.

Students are required to have a completed bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.

English Proficiency Test Scores For International Students
English Language Proficiency Test scores are a measure of the English Language fluency of the applicants. The University of Newcastle expects all students to fulfill these test score requirements, including students whose first language is English or have studied in an educational institution whose language of instruction is English for at least 4 years.
