About Master Of Clinical Epidemiology in University of Newcastle
What you will study
The Master of Clinical Epidemiology will provide you with an advanced knowledge base to begin your career as an epidemiologist. You will study six core courses and then select six elective courses, enabling you to tailor your education to best suit your career objectives.
Depending on your background, you will be enrolled in one of two specialisations:
- Coursework Specialisation – in this specialisation, you will study 60 units of core courses and 60 units of directed courses.
- Research Specialisation – in this specialisation, you will study 60 units of core courses, 20 units of directed courses and one 40 unit Research Project course.

English Language Proficiency Test scores are a measure of the English Language fluency of the applicants.
