Course Description

The Graduate Certificate in Business Studies offers international students a pathway to postgraduate study at Murdoch University. Designed for international students who don’t meet direct entry requirements, pursuing the Graduate Certificate in Business Studies provides you with an opportunity to gain direct entry into Murdoch’s Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced) or Master of Business Administration (Global).

Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Business Studies, you will qualify for entry into Murdoch’s Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced), Master of Business Administration (Global) or other Master courses with permission from the academic chair. You will have 12 points of advanced standing towards your chosen degree.

The Graduate Certificate in Business Studies offers an advanced understanding of contemporary business practices that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to critically analyse complex business decisions within a global context. In addition to developing fundamental literacy and numeracy skills, you’ll explore a range of both personal and interpersonal skills that will help lay the foundations for success as a postgraduate student.

This course is only available to international students.
