Course Structure
In the first year, students study chemistry, anatomy, physiology and microbiology and the second year includes biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, hematology, histology and biotechnology.
In third year, students will study transfusion medicine, clinical biochemistry, clinical microbiology and cell pathology before learning about various clinical applications in health care, veterinary care and forensic science. The final year of the program is focused on clinical placements in diagnostic, forensic and world leading research laboratories within Darwin.
