The Graduate Certificate in Sport Management is taught in English and consists of 40 credit points, which normally takes one semester of full-time study. The Graduate Certificate in Sport Mangement is designed to provide students with introductory knowledge and skills to work with sporting teams, clubs, players and events. The program has been designed to achieve an integrated knowledge base using an evidence-based, case study approach. Students gain a strong foundation in required sport management sub-disciplines including finance, high-performance sport, organisational behaviour, and international sport business management. Successful graduates from this certificate program are eligible to enrol in the Graduate Diploma in Sport Management.
