About Graduate Certificate In Sport Management in Bond University

The Graduate Certificate in Sport Management is taught in English and consists of 40 credit points, which normally takes one semester of full-time study. The Graduate Certificate in Sport Mangement is designed to provide students with introductory knowledge and skills to work with sporting teams, clubs, players and events.  The program has been designed to achieve an integrated knowledge base using an evidence-based, case study approach.  Students gain a strong foundation in required sport management sub-disciplines including finance, high-performance sport, organisational behaviour, and international sport business management.  Successful graduates from this certificate program are eligible to enrol in the Graduate Diploma in Sport Management.  This certificate program is useful for graduates from other cognate areas with ambitions to enter into the field of sport management.  It is also appropriate for professionals seeking to upgrade their qualifications, and/or to achieve a career change from another field into the diverse sport industry.  Admission to this program is based on successful completion of an undergraduate degree program at an approved institution

Academic qualification equivalents

• Successful graduation from an academic secondary school program or equivalent (For most countries, the same academic preparation as is required for university entrance in that country is required for consideration. 
• Program-Specific Prerequisite courses completed at the senior level (e.g. Grade 12);

Applicants can apply for the Bond University admissions by January 8, May 21 and September 10 for different enrollment sessions. The admission decision is relayed within 2 weeks after the deadlines.
