Campus Life
The city-block sized Film Campus opened in 2014 in the heart of Gastown, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, beautiful brick buildings, and many of Vancouver’s film studios and production companies. The new campus is equipped with a giant 280-degree green screen studio, nine fully independent shooting studios, multiple editing suites, and a 72-seat surround-sound screening theatre.

Vancouver Film School Admission Process
All international students are expected to be conversant enough in English in order to succeed in any VFS program. They are also required to understand technical terms to be able to participate in presentation and in-depth discussions.
Vancouver Film School also provides conditional admission to international students if they fail to score the minimum required scores of standard English proficiency tests. English as a second language programs are available to help the applicants improve their English before starting a course at VFS. Additionally, those students are required to schedule and paas an approved test no later that one month before their starting date

- High school transcripts or government-issued birth certificate, showing the candidate is at least 19 years old.
