The University of Northampton is a renowned public university with its headquarters in Northampton, United Kingdom. Northampton Technical College was formed in 1924, and with the merger of other vocational institutions, the University of Northampton was established in 2005. The same year, it was granted full university status and the ability to grant research degrees. In addition to being the top university in the nation to receive the designation of "Changemaker Campus" in 2012, it is also one of the select few universities that has received Gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). The university unveiled its new, £330 million Waterside campus in 2018, complete with modern amenities.

Through a number of centres, including The University of Northampton Innovation Centre, iCon Environmental Innovation Centre, Sunley Hotel, and Portfolio Innovation Centre, the university also provides conference and business facilities. Additionally, the university provides its students with lodging options. Additionally, the university is proud of its Schools Engagement Team and Schools and Colleges Liaison Team, who frequently plan various events to encourage and inspire children. In order to launch a new project called "First for Wellbeing," the university also collaborated with Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation and Northamptonshire County Council in April 2016.

The teaching at the University of Northampton is handled by a total of four faculties, namely the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology, Faculty of Health and Society, Faculty of Business and Law, and Faculty of Education and Humanities. The university is situated in the lovely town of Northampton, which is well-known for its historic sites and museums. The institution currently has 14,000 or so students. Universtiy has three sites :

  • Avenue Campus,: just north of the town centre, opposite a large open park known as the Racecourse.
  • Waterside Campus, which opened in September 2018 and is now the main campus for the university.
  • Innovation centre which is opposite to Northampton railway station.

Basic Admission Requirements
