About Woodbury University
Woodbury University is a private, non-profit institution. The institution was founded by entrepreneur and educator F.C. Woodbury in 1884. Founded as Woodbury's Business College to expand the thriving business community in Los Angeles. The college's reputation grew rapidly, and the State of California granted it official accreditation. To continue undergraduate and graduate programmes in 1926. In 1974, after becoming a non-profit higher education institution in 1972, the institution was designated Woodbury University.
The core campus is situated on 22 acres in Burbank, in the heart of the Los Angeles creative market. In addition, the institution maintains a smaller campus in the Barrio Logan neighbourhood of San Diego that offers both undergraduate and graduate programmes in architecture.
