IIMA was established on December 11th, 1961, and has held the top spot in management education in India ever since. It has become the preferred management school in India. It draws the top instructors and students since it is the gold standard for management education in the nation. Graduates are harvested by recruiters ranging from large investment banks to NGOs that aid the underprivileged. They return time and time again for more, delighted. It is hardly surprising that IIMA served as the first professional management introduction for one-third of India's CEOs.
IIMA has consistently held the top spots since India began evaluating business schools in the 1990s, regardless of who conducts the ranking and the criteria they employ. IIMA has consistently been rated as one of the top five business schools in the Asia-Pacific area. It has continuously ranked among the top 100 business schools in the world. The European Foundation for Management Development's EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) international accreditation was first granted to IIMA in 2008, making it the first business school in India to do so. The two-year PGP (Post-Graduate Programme) offered by the IIMA was ranked seventh globally in 2010 by the Financial Times of London among Masters in Management Programs that do not require job experience for admission. The Post-Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPX-for students with work experience) offered by IIMA was ranked 11th internationally among MBA programmes in 2011 by the same organisation.

American Institute of Management One of the top management schools in the nation is located in Ahmedabad, which is also well-known internationally. They have established a very high bar for the instruction and growth offered to students. The institute was founded to advance and perfect the study of management, teach young, innovative thinkers, and expose them to new business prospects and management techniques. The institute makes sure to select only the greatest talents for its educational training in order to uphold the legacy of exceptional education and superior development. As a result, IIMA's admissions procedure is extremely stringent and careful in weeding out actual potential.
The applicant must first register for CAT on the appropriate portal and take the test in order to begin the admissions process. The qualified students will be taken into consideration for further screening after the results are announced based on the eligibility requirements. The candidates are chosen for the Analytical Writing Test and Personal Interview after the laborious screening and scoring process to determine further eligibility. The candidate is subjected to additional scrutiny after the announcement of the results of these admission exams. Candidates are informed and called in for additional formalities once all eligibility requirements have been satisfied and they are qualified for the chosen courses. After completing all necessary steps, including filing paperwork and paying fees, the candidates are admitted to the appropriate programmes.
Candidates can start the application process by signing up for the GRE or GMAT and taking the test. If an applicant satisfies the minimum GRE/GMAT cut-off requirements after the results are announced, they will be screened via the initial round of screening for a personal interview. Verification of academic eligibility, age eligibility, GRE/GMAT score, and professional experience are all part of the first screening process. The candidates who made the first cut will also be required to take an essay writing test on a predetermined subject. The candidate will proceed to the second screening step once they are deemed suitable for these selection procedures. This process comprises a personal interview with faculty members who will evaluate the candidate on their achievements, academic preparation, leadership potential, professional knowledge, and quality of professional experience. The candidate will be contacted for the final completion of admission requirements once they have passed all of these examinations.
According to the speciality they choose, candidates must first take the CAT/GATE/GMAT/GRE/UGC-NET in order to be admitted to the Ph.D. programme. The candidates can then submit their applications online by completing the form, attaching any necessary papers, and paying the application cost. For a Ph.D., candidates may select a maximum of two specialisations.
